TAX -- My tax practice centers on IRS problem solving. I offer the following tax IRS services: Offer in Compromise, Appeals, Innocent Spouse relief, Penalty Abatement, Employment tax Problems, Installment Agreements and Statute of Limitations Review.

My tax practice is not limited to just solving tax problems as I can advise you on wills, trusts and estates as well as related matters. I offer reasonably priced wills which cover issues of guardianship, living wills and medical guardianship.
